O desfiamento, as deforma\u00e7\u00f5es ou os res\u00edduos aderidos podem acabar por se reproduzir na superf\u00edcie do EPDM, gerando marcas na pe\u00e7a vulcanizada.<\/p><p>Por isso, a efic\u00e1cia do desmoldeamento n\u00e3o deve ser avaliada apenas verificando se a borracha e o tecido conseguem separar-se.<\/p><p>A quest\u00e3o realmente importante \u00e9:<\/p><p><strong>conseguem separar-se de forma limpa, r\u00e1pida e com um esfor\u00e7o m\u00ednimo, deixando o tecido em condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas para voltar a ser utilizado?<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section controlada, no final do ciclo podem surgir:<\/p><ul><li>elevada ader\u00eancia entre borracha e tecido<\/li><li>zonas do tecido que permanecem aderidas ao EPDM<\/li><li>maior esfor\u00e7o de separa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><li>aumento do tempo necess\u00e1rio para o descolamento<\/li><li>arrastamento e deforma\u00e7\u00e3o das fibras<\/li><li>desfiamento progressivo<\/li><li>res\u00edduos aderidos ao tecido<\/li><li>dificuldades de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o e desenrolamento<\/li><li>perda de consist\u00eancia do tecido<\/li><\/ul><p>Numa produ\u00e7\u00e3o repetitiva, estas pequenas dificuldades multiplicam-se ciclo ap\u00f3s ciclo.<\/p><p>Uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de descolamento que exige mais tempo, mais interven\u00e7\u00e3o ou maior for\u00e7a acaba por tornar-se uma vari\u00e1vel relevante para a <strong>processabilidade e os tempos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element fun\u00e7\u00f5es dos sistemas desmoldantes <strong>ABABOL<\/strong> desenvolvidos para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de borracha e EPDM.<\/p><p>Atrav\u00e9s da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pel\u00edcula de separa\u00e7\u00e3o controlada, o tratamento atua diretamente sobre a interface EPDM\u2013tecido, reduzindo a ader\u00eancia gerada durante a vulcaniza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O objetivo \u00e9 muito concreto:<\/p><p><strong>permitir que a borracha se desprenda do tecido de forma limpa, sem que este permane\u00e7a aderido e com um esfor\u00e7o m\u00ednimo de separa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p><p>Quando diminui a resist\u00eancia ao descolamento, reduz-se tamb\u00e9m a tens\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica exercida sobre a estrutura t\u00eaxtil.<\/p><p>Isto permite:<\/p><ul><li>uma separa\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pida<\/li><li>menor for\u00e7a necess\u00e1ria durante o desmoldeamento<\/li><li>menor arrastamento do tecido pela borracha<\/li><li>menor deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o das fibras<\/li><li>redu\u00e7\u00e3o do desfiamento<\/li><li>menor quantidade de res\u00edduos aderidos<\/li><li>maior facilidade de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o posterior<\/li><\/ul><p>N\u00e3o se trata simplesmente de conseguir que o EPDM \u201cdesmolde\u201d.<\/p><p>Trata-se de conseguir que <strong>se desprenda facilmente sem deteriorar o tecido t\u00e9cnico que dever\u00e1 ser reutilizado no ciclo facilmente, aumenta o tempo necess\u00e1rio para completar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Pode ser necess\u00e1rio intervir em determinadas zonas, aplicar for\u00e7a adicional, retirar restos de material ou acondicionar o tecido antes de voltar a introduzi-lo na produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Cada uma destas opera\u00e7\u00f5es acrescenta tempo a um processo que, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas, deveria ser simples e repet\u00edvel.<\/p><p>Reduzir a ader\u00eancia permite, portanto, atuar tamb\u00e9m sobre uma vari\u00e1vel fundamental:<\/p><p><strong>o tempo necess\u00e1rio entre o final da vulcaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e a disponibilidade do tecido para um novo ciclo.<\/strong><\/p><p>Uma separa\u00e7\u00e3o limpa e com esfor\u00e7o m\u00ednimo facilita o fluxo de trabalho e melhora a ciclos podem surgir:<\/p><ul><li>perda de estrutura<\/li><li>deforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><li>abertura do tecido<\/li><li>fibras parcialmente soltas<\/li><li>perda de consist\u00eancia<\/li><li>desfiamento<\/li><\/ul><p>O tratamento desmoldante permite reduzir precisamente esta agress\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica.<\/p><p>Se a borracha se desprender facilmente, o tecido fica sujeito a uma tens\u00e3o consideravelmente menor durante cada opera\u00e7\u00e3o de separa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O benef\u00edcio n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas tornar o desmoldeamento mais f\u00e1cil.<\/p><p><strong>\u00c9 evitar que cada opera\u00e7\u00e3o de separa\u00e7\u00e3o contribua para a deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o progressiva do
