de limpeza, o estado superficial do molde, a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a, a estabilidade entre ciclos e, em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, a produtividade da prensa.<\/p><p>Por este motivo, avaliar um agente apenas pela sua capacidade inicial de desmoldagem oferece uma vis\u00e3o incompleta.<\/p><p><strong>A quest\u00e3o realmente importante \u00e9 outra:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Como se comportam o molde, o agente desmoldante e a superf\u00edcie do pneu ap\u00f3s m\u00faltiplos ciclos de vulcaniza\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section pode afetar:<\/p><ul><li>a facilidade de extra\u00e7\u00e3o do pneu<\/li><li>a defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos desenhos e geometrias<\/li><li>a uniformidade superficial<\/li><li>a frequ\u00eancia de limpeza<\/li><li>a disponibilidade efetiva do molde<\/li><li>a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do molde durante os per\u00edodos de inatividade<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section frequ\u00eancia de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Cada nova aplica\u00e7\u00e3o introduz uma quantidade adicional de produto no processo.<\/p><p>Isto pode traduzir-se em:<\/p><ul><li>maior consumo, at\u00e9 quatro vezes superior<\/li><li>maior frequ\u00eancia de reaplica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><li>maior transfer\u00eancia de produto para a pe\u00e7a<\/li><li>acumula\u00e7\u00e3o progressiva sobre o molde<\/li><li>forma\u00e7\u00e3o de dep\u00f3sitos<\/li><li>maior necessidade de limpeza posterior da pe\u00e7a<\/li><\/ul><p>Face a esta abordagem, os sistemas <strong>semipermanentes ABABOL<\/strong> foram desenvolvidos para formar uma microestrutura invis\u00edvel, est\u00e1vel e funcional durante m\u00faltiplos ciclos.<\/p><p>A diferen\u00e7a n\u00e3o reside apenas no quantidade de produto por metro quadrado e \u00e0 necessidade de reaplica\u00e7\u00f5es frequentes, apresentam uma maior tend\u00eancia para se transferirem e acumularem nas superf\u00edcies envolvidas no processo.<\/p><p>Esta acumula\u00e7\u00e3o pode favorecer:<\/p><ul><li>a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de dep\u00f3sitos sobre o molde<\/li><li>a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o superficial da problem\u00e1ticos \u00e9 o denominado <strong>efeito nacarado<\/strong>, especialmente associado a formula\u00e7\u00f5es que cont\u00eam mica.<\/p><p>Quando estas part\u00edculas se depositam sobre a superf\u00edcie do pneu, podem alterar visualmente o seu acabamento e tonalidade.<\/p><p>Isto pode obrigar posteriormente \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais de:<\/p><ul><li>limpeza<\/li><li>lavagem<\/li><li>condicionamento superficial<\/li><\/ul><p>Do ponto de vista produtivo, estas opera\u00e7\u00f5es representam um custo adicional no fabrico dos
