HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPOSITES

LOW DENSITY MINERAL FILLERS (LIGHT FILLER)
We have different types of formulations for low weight manufacturing. Thanks to these low density loads, the manufactured materials will be lighter, easier to handle and transport, reducing production and transport costs, as well as the carbon footprint, and all while maintaining the same final performance.
- We have formulations from 0.9 to 1.6 kg/L.
- Our light filler integrates with all types of resins: polyester, acrylic, vinylester…
- We also have other mineral fillers: dolomite, alumina, wollastonite, talc, cristobalite…
MOLD TREATMENT / SURFACE TREATMENTS
With our Ababol Products line, designed for the composites, rubber, rotomolding and polyurethane markets, we provide a range of release agents, sealants, cleaners and surface treatments for different types of substrates and processes.
The main characteristics of our products are:
- Solvent-free products.
- They do not deteriorate or dirty the molds.
- They do not transfer to the final part.
- Applicable in all types of molds and industrial sectors.
POLYMER MATERIALS AND PIGMENTS
We have polyester resins (ORTO, ISO, ISO NPG, DCPD, TIXOTROPIC), as well as epoxy resins and vinylester resins.
We manufacture Gel Coat and Top Coat based on polyester and vinylester resins. Based on epoxy resins we have different types of Gel Coat, resins, adhesives, being able to formulate according to the needs of our customers.
We produce various types of high performance pigment pastes and concentrates for use in resins and gel coats.
