Advanced Resins for 3D Printing.
In recent years, 3D resin has become one of the most revolutionary materials in the manufacturing sector. Its ability to offer high resolution, dimensional accuracy, and industrial-quality surface finishes has driven its use in fields as diverse as engineering, dentistry, jewelry, rapid prototyping, and artistic creation. Thanks to advancements in formulations, today’s 3D resins allow the manufacture of parts with mechanical properties comparable to those of injection molding, opening up new possibilities in design, customization, and production.
In 3D printing using DLP and LCD technologies, the quality of the parts depends directly on the dimensional stability, curing accuracy, and chemical resistance of the resin used. Within this field, polyurethane resins have established themselves as the benchmark for technical, artistic, and industrial applications.
KLEBENRAD presents a range of solutions designed to optimize the 3D printing workflow: from model generation to post-curing and final cleaning. Among them, the KLEBENRAD PU 80 resin stands out—a high-performance polyurethane resin—along with KLEBENRAD 3D CLEANER, a biodegradable cleaner that safely replaces traditional solvents.
