Preparing data before talking about Artificial Intelligence.
At CLADES COMPOSITES, we continue adapting our processes to a reality in which data and Artificial Intelligence will play an increasingly important role in management and decision-making.
Last Thursday, September 17, we took part in “Data Carpentry: How to prepare your data for advanced analytics and AI”, an in-person training session organised by QUIMACOVA and focused on one very specific point: to make the most of advanced analytics and AI, you first need to work properly with the information you already have.
During the session, topics such as data identification, cleaning, structuring and governance were addressed from a practical perspective, with the participation of professionals from ITI – Instituto Tecnológico de Informática and NUNSYS. The training concluded with a practical case using Microsoft Power BI, working on how to transform and visualise data to facilitate analysis and turn information into a useful tool for decision-making.
For us, digital transformation also means reviewing how we collect, organise and use information within the company. It is not simply about incorporating new tools, but about preparing processes so that those tools can genuinely add value.
We would like to thank QUIMACOVA for bringing this type of training closer to the chemical sector, and ITI y NUNSYS for sharing their experience during the session. The initiative is part of the Business Digital Transformation and AI Programme, supported by funding from the Generalitat Valenciana.
We continue strengthening our team’s knowledge with practical approaches that can be applied to the day-to-day activity of CLADES COMPOSITES.
